Ok y'all....I have been absolutely HORRIBLE at this blogging thing :( Forgive!?

So, I'm going to "brag" for just a half a second....on my friends and family....I have the BEST ever! I am enjoying my baby photography business so so much. I have learned even more and have the best support ever. The end!

On a "more fun" note.....last night I had the honor of doing a session with the prettiest girl ever. Not to mention her god heels......loved those!! Ahem, okay okay....back on track ;)  I'm a little partial....I can remember her when she was just a 5 and 6 year old. She's so so grown up. Please meet Kayla......

I've always thought this young lady was well rounded and level headed. After spending time with Kayla and her mother last night.....I am still convinced! This session is for her 15th birthday.....while others may choose big fancy dresses and high end decor....this girl chooses to simplicity. What a jewel!

Happy Birthday sweet Kayla! Can't wait to watch you grow into the beautiful young women I know you'll become!!

I've got to get better at this blog stuff!! Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend...I sure did. But.....ya know....it's never long enough ;)

Anyway, I finally got my website up for my baby photography business. I've tried sooo many things and I have to say....this is fun ;)

Not only am I excited for my friends and family to see the site......I'm excited that I decided to commit to a 5k today! And who better to do an electric run with than family....well and friends.  Oh geez I hope my experience is better than the last one. No need to bore you to tears but let's just say I thought I would die! Training on a treadmill is THE biggest rookie mistake ever :(  I've got this.....I hope ;)

Short sweet blog tonight....good night! 

So today is Friday....thank you sweet baby Jesus! As I drove in late to work this morning. I couldn't help but giggle to myself. Why the giggles?? Well, where in the world can you go and see your granny's "hens"...... the Falls Community Hospital lab of course! Lol. I'm sitting in the lab at the hospital this morning waiting my turn to get stuck and the place is bombarded with little old ladies...sweet ones! 

They all ask how I'm doing, talking about how my girls have grown and gossiping of course ;) I'm there soooo much longer than I should have been. Bad customer service.....ummm nah....just visiting with the hens. They made me tired!!  I finally get my turn to get poked at and the lab techs are talkin' it up too------awesomeness! lol. And, naturally on my way out, the hens say "tell you granny to win big at bingo!".  Geez

Most people would not describe there visits to the hospital lab this way huh? Well anyone else from my hometown should be able to giggle too;) you know ! 

The point to my story (beside the fact that I'm getting old and apparently I'm easily amused) is that the place that I couldn't wait to run from as a teenager is the very place that still gives me great comfort. Not the hospital silly....... ;)

On another note, I did a quick little session with the cutest baby last night! He was grumpy :( I think we ticked him off.......better luck next time ;) But I did get a couple of great shots!

I'm a nerd and super excited about my Saturday already.........stay tuned.
